Some of my BBQ recipes.

The first is a rub for pork.

2 Cup Salt
2 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Cup White Sugar
¼ Cup Paprika
¼ Cup Pepper
¼ Cup Cumin
¼ Cup Onion Powder
¼ Cup Garlic Powder
3 TBLS. Cayenne Pepper

The second is a Sweet BBQ Sauce for pork or chicken. Best as a finishing sauce for Ribs.

4 cups ketchup
½ cup cider vinegar
½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 Cup molasses
1/4 Cup prepared mustard
Dash of Hot sauce.
Dash of liquid smoke
Pinch of Black pepper

Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a non-reactive saucepan and bring slowly to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat to medium and simmer until dark, thick, and richly flavored. (10-15 mins.)
Transfer the sauce to clean, jars and store in refrigerator.
Will store in the frig for about 3 months.

Here's a Chicken Marinade for your barbecue.

2 Eggs
2 Cups Vegetable Oil
4 Cups Vinegar
¼ + 2 TBLS. Kosher Salt
1 TBLS. Garlic Powder
1 TBLS. Onion Powder
½ TBLS. Pepper
Optional 1 TBLS. Poultry Seasoning

Method:
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until beaten.
Whisk in oil until fully blended. (mayonnaise consistency)
Whisk in vinegar, salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and ground black pepper.
Marinate chicken minimum of 3 to 4 hours, best overnight.
Baste while grilling.
