Here a few of my pictures from the march on Washington on 9/12. Please enjoy. We ALL need to stand up for Liberty, Freedom and the Constitution of the United States.
One of my favorite things to do
Some of my BBQ recipes.
The first is a rub for pork.
2 Cup Salt 2 Cup Brown Sugar 2 Cup White Sugar ¼ Cup Paprika ¼ Cup Pepper ¼ Cup Cumin ¼ Cup Onion Powder ¼ Cup Garlic Powder 3 TBLS. Cayenne Pepper
The second is a Sweet BBQ Sauce for pork or chicken. Best as a finishing sauce for Ribs.
4 cups ketchup ½ cup cider vinegar ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 Cup molasses 1/4 Cup prepared mustard Dash of Hot sauce. Dash of liquid smoke Pinch of Black pepper
Method: Combine all the ingredients in a non-reactive saucepan and bring slowly to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until dark, thick, and richly flavored. (10-15 mins.) Transfer the sauce to clean, jars and store in refrigerator. Will store in the frig for about 3 months.
Method: Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until beaten. Whisk in oil until fully blended. (mayonnaise consistency) Whisk in vinegar, salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and ground black pepper. Marinate chicken minimum of 3 to 4 hours, best overnight. Baste while grilling.
